Let's chat
Tell us a little about your project. Britt replies within one business day, and we set up a relaxed conversation about your goals, your audience and your season.

A written quote
After the chat you get a written, fixed-scope quote. If your project needs a bigger crew, we'll know after that first conversation, and the crew is in the quote.

Lock in your dates
A deposit holds your dates. Book at least a few weeks ahead, and earlier for busy seasons.
The project
- 01
Find the story
We sit down together and work out the story, the locations, the people and anything else you want in it. Then we write the script and shot list, book any extra crew or gear, and set a schedule we both lock in.
- 02
Film the scenes
The shoot follows that plan. We direct the interviews and anyone on camera, so your people feel at ease. Every shoot also has a rainy-day plan B.
- 03
Craft the film
In the edit we grade the colour, clean up and mix the sound, choose the music, and add motion graphics if the story calls for them.
- 04
Roll the credits
You receive final files sized for every place you'll use them, with captions, full usage rights in writing, and neatly organized, clearly labelled folders.

A guaranteed delivery date
Your delivery date is set before we begin and guaranteed in writing.

A price that doesn't move
The written quote is the price. The balance is due only once you have the finished files.

Full usage rights
Use every finished video on your website, social media, trade shows and partner channels. Raw footage is available for an added fee.
- 04
A plan for the weather
This is the northwest, so every shoot has a plan B. If the weather is truly too wild to film, we reschedule together or your deposit comes back in full.
